Thanks, Neighbors!

Sometimes people ask us how we market. The truth is...we don’t. Our clients do that for us. We have four clients within two blocks in Chicago’s Roscoe Village neighborhood and three clients on the same block in Evanston. In October we broke ground for the next door neighbor of a client from five years ago. They enthusiastically recommended us to their neighbor who wanted to do something similar with his two-flat. Since he had watched his neighbor’s addition go up from his back porch…he knew what to expect. The project is expected to be completed in April when he and his wife return from their honeymoon.
