Lickity Split!

The building permit process in the city of Chicago is better than it used to be…but it can still cause heartburn for homeowners and business owners for whom time is money. We recently partnered with Kim Nigro of Studio Nigro LLC on the design of Lickity Split Frozen Custard and Sweets in Chicago’s Edgewater neighborhood. We were able to help Kim and the owner keep the permit process short and sweet through our participation in the Chicago's Self Certified expedited permit program which can cut permit times in half…or less. No one likes to wait for building permits...or ice cream.
